I do realise that not everybody will be familiar with the abbreviations that I will be using. Here is a list of abbreviations that I will be using. I will update this list as I go along:
DH - Dearest Husband
DS - Dearest Son
DD - Dearest Daughter
EC - Elimination Communication
SAHM - Stay At Home Mum
